Hi, I guess today I'm the new guy, and I'm thinking this is a site under rebuild, and that the old forum posts will be somehow reloaded as things progress, no? Mighty big echo in here...

Thanks for joining. We finished a major redesign 2 weeks ago and have spent the past week or so ironing out minor issues. We didn't have many forum posts on the old site as most of our content was blogs and videos. We will go through what was there and see what can be recreated here.

Members check in on the site all the time, so if you have any questions feel free to post them and someone will respond.

Also we have a ton of new content on the way so check back periodically to see what is going on.
Also we will do a series of videos/blog posts on how to get the most out of the site. There are a lot of nice features here that can help you connect with local riders.

Hi, New here from the UK, run my own Motorcycle Club and First-Aid-Biker, got invited to join after a member on one of my other sites payed me a visit from here, needless to say I am impressed with the site that much, I have started a group on here, so thankyou to ( admin) for the invite and please take a look at my group and spread the word for a great cause. maybe you can start your own group as a way of raising awareness.

Thanks for the compliment. We have worked very very hard to do a quality motorcycle site. We got the idea of 2wheeltips after seeing too many riders doing stupid things on a bike. Some out there still think that a 600lb/300kg motorcycle is a toy. They find out the hard way when they loose a leg, half a jaw, are disfigured from a fall, run off the road or are hit by a car at an intersection.

Keep up the good work with biker first aid and let me know if we can help in any way.

Need all the help I can get with getting the message across. As for the bike I ride, it's a
'99 Honda VTR 1000 Firestorm or what you guys call a Super hawk if thats correct. A V-Twin that is quite able to keep up with the in-line-4's to a certain extent and easily able to tour with, the best bit is that they are nicknamed Replica Hunters because they may not be as fast on the straight line top end but on the twisties, they are able to power out of them without changing gear, with loads of low down grunt they will catch many a race rep out napping, unless of course you are an accomplished rider or you just love revving the nuts of the thing.

An old biking proverb is, "the most unstable and unpredictable part of a bike, is the nut that connects the seat to the handle bars".
