I am a beginner Rider. I started riding due to the fact that there is nothing more satisfying than wind hitting your face on a beautiful day, while enjoying gorgeous surroundings. It’s a liberating feeling!

You chose a very good bike (despite the poor condition it was in at
the time of purchase). It's not just for beginners, either. I have
a good friend who's a seasoned rider who prefers mid-sized bikes.
They have plenty of power for almost anywhere a person would want
to ride.
I'm partial to Suzukis. I'm a co-owner of a VX800. It's hard to beat a shaft-driven bike. It was handed down to me by my brother when he upgraded to a 1200 Sportster. That's one "hand-me-down" I don't mind getting from my big brother, hehehe. Now that it's been over a year since you posted this, I was wondering if your opinion has changed any toward your bike. Is the 500cc size still comfortable for you, now that you have another year of riding experience? |
